I called at 4:30 PM Jan 7, 2010 for parts to rebuild my old Dishmaster. Chuck knew what I needed and quickly handled my needs for new washers etc. I found these guys on the internet. On the morning of Jan 9. 2010, I opened my front door and found a little package on my doorstep. I don't know how you did it, Chuck, but all the way from Michigan to Tacoma Washington in one day! Thank you for your very helpful advice. The troubleshooting page for dishmaster did the trick. Problem solved. Vent tube was plugged and now soap flows freely.

We first learned of your website about a year ago when we purchased a Dishmaster. I must tell you, it was quite a surprise to see Casler on the web. Both my wife and I lived in Jackson many years ago (she went to East Jackson High) and it's nice to see a familiar face. I knew Casler as the place you go when you can't find it anywhere else. It looks like that hasn't changed.

Received part and fixed the problem...I had purchased this "new" never used early '80 Dishmaster from Ebay.. and except for this replacement part not withstanding the "time".. dishmaster is working great.. Goes to show, high quality products; even stored maybe 18 to 20 years hold up to time. The main reason I am writing though .... is to thank you for the calendar... I have not seen a calendar like this in too many years to count...brought back many good memories... Thank you So much..

I live south of Boston and my local hardware store couldn't help when I needed a blade clamp for my old Sawzall so I launched Google to find Sawzall parts. Well, I had to laugh because one of the sites it returned was Casler Hardware, where I'd bought the thing 25 years ago. Since I left Jackson I've lived in Illinois, Louisiana, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, Tennessee, and Massachusetts and Casler's is still my model of what a hardware store should be. I have owned/used a Mag Lite for several years for work. The switch went bad and it was not charging. I sent it to Casler Hardware in Jackson, MI on 3-20-06. I thought it would take a couple of weeks to get back, however it was fixed and back to me in 2 days. I first bought a MAG lite because it is a high quality product. Know it is great to know that Casler Hardware is an excellent service center. They care about the customer. Several officers on our dept use Mag Lites and they were amazed how fast I got my light fixed and back. Casler will see all the Mag Lites from our dept.
